Lately, I’ve been bouncing back and forth for my Tuesday posts, switching between the Top Ten Tuesday and Top Five Tuesday memes, depending on their topics for the week. This week, I’m doing them both!!

This week’s topic is Top 5 covers of 2024, and the prompt is: What are some of your favourite covers that you have seen this year? Maybe these were reprints, redesigns or alternate covers that came out this year, or maybe they are brand new books!! Whatever they are, tell us all the pretties you have been coveting.
For my list of favorite covers, I’m looking at books I’ve read in 2024 — not necessarily books published in 2024. (My list, my rules!)

I love the cover of The Teller of Small Fortunes by Julie Leong.
Isn’t it gorgeous? And it was a great story too!
The Mountain in the Sea has such a great cover.
Such a good book! The hardcover cover isn’t nearly as striking.
What gorgeous covers. I only did five but found it really hard to choose as there are so many gorgeous books covers around at the moment.
It’s very hard to choose! I debated between a bunch (and that’s why I figured going with 10 would be easier!)
I love the cover for Weyward and The Lost Story so much! The only reason I requested those. haha. Great topic!

Me too! And the book was one of my favorites this year.
My favourite is The Teller Of Small Fortunes, it just looks so warm, inviting and cosy. Although Hula has also caught my eye and I’m going to have to check it’s blurb out 😂

Oh, I like the look of Camp. Very different.
Camp was such a good book, and I love how the cover really catches the vibe of the story and setting.

Love the cover of Weyward and Camp. Both are stunning. The Weyward cover is what made me add it to my TBR back when it came out.
I just treated myself to a hardcover of Weyward, and it’s hard to tell from pictures, but some of the insects, etc are shiny gold, which makes the whole thing extra gorgeous.
Ooh that does sound great. I love when there’s extra sass for the hardcovers.
