Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, featuring a different top 10 theme each week. This week’s topic is about our spring 2025 reading plans. Earlier in the year, I shared a post on my most anticipated new releases for the first half of 2025 — all of which remain books I’m eager to read (or have read already!).
With that in mind, I’m going to try to avoid repeats — so here are 10 additional books I’m looking forward to this spring:

- Swept Away by Beth O’Leary
- Run Away with Me by Brian Selznick (I really don’t know much about this one, except it seems to be a novel told with illustrations, and his previous books like this were amazing!)
- Totally and Completely Fine by Elissa Sussman
- City of All Seasons by Oliver K. Langmead and Aliya Whiteley
- The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon (an upcoming book group book!)
- The Poppy Fields by Nikki Erlick
- Vera Wong’s Guide to Snooping (on a Dead Man) by Jesse Q. Sutanto
- The Love Haters by Katherine Center
- The Griffin Sisters’ Greatest Hits by Jennifer Weiner
- It’s a Love Story by Annabel Monaghan
What books will you be reading this spring? Do we have any in common?
Share your links, and I’ll come check out your top 10!
I’m really looking forward to Swept Away and the colours in that cover are just gorgeous. I loved The Frozen River so hope that you do as well.
I’m excited for Swept Away — Beth O’Leary’s books are always so good! I have a long weekend coming up at the end of the month and I’m planning to save The Frozen River for then 🙂 Can’t wait!
I hope you like them all!
Thank you!
Frozen River is soooo good!
That’s great to hear! I’m a little behind my book group on this one, but hope to get to it (and finish) by the end of the month!
Beth O’Leary and Katherine Center seem to be popular this week!

I love that they seem to have new books released every spring — gives me an annual reading event to look forward to!
Fab list, Lisa! Hope you enjoy them all!
Thank you!
I can’t wait to read Swept Away, though it will probably be a while before that happens. I hope you enjoy reading all of these in the coming months.

I’m excited for Swept Away… and now I’m debating whether to wait for the audiobook to come in at the library. I do love her audiobooks!
I don’t have The Love Haters or It’s a Love Story on my TTT spring reading list, but they are two books I really want to read! 😀
Both authors are just so consistently good! I’m excited for both 🙂
Swept Away is one I need to add to my TBR! I read The Love Haters a few days ago and it was so good. I hope you enjoy all of these when you get to them.
Oh, you’re ahead of me with The Love Haters! How awesome! So glad to hear you enjoyed it.
Thank you! I hope you enjoy it!!
Great list! I will be adding some of yours to my TBR haha
Thanks! It’s dangerous to view other people’s TBRs… I can never resist adding even more to my own!
I knowwww! haha I think it is becoming an issue lol
I keep seeing The Poppy Fields everywhere, and I’d love to know more. And I will also be reading City of All Seasons😁
I’m excited for The Poppy Fields — really enjoyed her previous book, The Measure.
I have the first Vera Wong book out from the library right now. I can’t wait to read it! I hope you enjoy all these.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
