Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, featuring a different top 10 theme each week. This week’s topic is Books on My Fall 2021 To-read List. It’s so hard to stick with just 10! There are so many books I’m dying to read… but for purposes of this list, I’m sticking with upcoming new releases this time around.
Looks like my October and November will be especially busy!
Going by release date (except for #1), my top 10 are:

Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone by Diana Gabaldon
Release date: November 23rd
The book I’m most excited for! My family will have to excuse my anti-social obsessive reading behavior over Thanksgiving.

Horseman by Christina Henry
Release Date: September 28th

Ambush or Adore by Gail Carriger
Release date: October 1st

The Vanished Days by Susanna Kearsley
Release date: October 5th

A Spindle Splintered by Alix E. Harrow
Release date: October 5th

A Twist of Fate by Kelley Armstrong
Release date: October 5th

Well Matched by Jen DeLuca
Release date: October 19th

Grave Reservations by Cherie Priest
Release date: October 26th

Gilded by Marissa Meyer
Release date: November 2nd

Wish You Were Here by Jodi Picoult
Release date: November 30th

Enjoy 💜
Thank you! Always another book to look forward to…
So true 😂
I love Alix Harrow, I can’t wait for Well Matched, and I have seen Gilded everywhere today! Great list.
Here’s my list—https://fiftytwo.blog/2021/09/21/ttt-ten-books-im-looking-forward-to-this-fall/
Happy TTT!
I loved both of the Alix Harrow books I’ve read so far, and can’t wait for the new one! Thanks for sharing your link!
Hope you enjoy Wish You Were Here, I loved it.
That’s great to know! Most of her books are hits for me — looking forward to this one.
I’m definitely picking up Well Matched next time I’m in a contemporary mood.
Have you read the other two books (Well Met and Well Played)? If not, I’d recommend starting at the beginning. They’re such fun!
Nice list! I need to read Wish You Were Here too, but it didn’t make my list this week.
My TTT
It was a late addition to mine — I’d almost forgotten about it! I usually enjoy Jodi Picoult’s books, and the premise sounds really good.
I had no idea about Horseman! Great list!

It looks so good and spooky!
Great list! Well Matched sounds so fun, and I might have to give Gilded a try, too.
Well Matched is the 3rd in a series, and the first two were so much fun!
Gilded and the Jodi Piccoult one sparked my interest. Happy reading!
Definitely excited for both of these!
So many I want to read on your list! New Jodi Picoult, she always makes me cry…and I’m very excited for Grave Reservations😁
Grave Reservations looks like so much fun! Jodi Picoult usually makes me cry too, and always gives me and my husband something to debate. 🙂
I am seeing Well Matched on a few lists this week. I will have to look more into it. Hope you enjoy all you fall reads!
Thanks so much!
I hope you will enjoy all of these!
My post!
Thank you so much! The hard part will be keeping up with all the new books I want to read!
What a great list! I just finished The Vanished Days, and loved it. Gilded, Well Matched, and A Spindle Splintered are all on my TBR list, though only The Vanished Days and Gilded made it into my TTT post.
Ah, I’m so glad you loved The Vanished Days! I’m rereading The Winter Sea right now, and then I’ll be starting it. I love the author’s books so much!
A new Outlander book. Is that the last in the series? I really need to get back to them. I’ve watched all the tv series so far but I still want to read the books even though they’re so long.
I like the look of Horseman too. Have never read any Christina Henry before so might start with that one.
I’ve read a few Christina Henry books and really liked them! Re Outlander – the new book isn’t the last. Diana G says there’s at least one more to come!
I CANNOT WAIT FOR GILDED! I love Marissa Meyer books (all except Cinder😅) and the synopsis of that book is just –
Some of the other books you mentioned look so good too, I’ll definitely check them out! Loved your list!
You didn’t love Cinder? Did you rest the other books in the series? That’s funny, that’s the one most people rave about! 🙂
Hope you get to these this fall. A Spindle Splintered sounds good.
My copy just arrived! I’m excited to read it.
Oooo i hope you enjoy it.
