There isn’t a theme set for August (or at least not as far as I’ve seen), so I’m making up my own! August is my son’s birth month… and while he’s a full-grown young adult now, I have so many happy memories of reading books together throughout his childhood. So, in honor of my birthday boy, my August theme is… books I read with my kiddo!
Note: It was hard to come up with two U titles that we’ve actually read! So, I fudged a bit with the 2nd U… but I feel like my pick still works!

I still have a box of kids’ books in one of our closets somewhere, which helps!

I love your theme for this month and hope your son has a wonderful birthday. I dont believe I ever read any of these when I was younger but your A choice has a very familiar title so perhaps I’m wrong and simply cant remember 😂
