Spell the Month in Books is a monthly meme hosted by Jana at Reviews from the Stacks. To participate, find a book title that starts with each letter in the month’s name, make a list, share your link, and that’s it! You can share anytime by the end of the month. Some months have additional themes, but feel free to participate however you’d like!
It looks like themes haven’t been added for a while, so I’ll make up my own. June means the start of summer, and what better way to welcome those sunny, beachy vibes than to highlight books with “summer” in the title? I tried to stick with books I’ve actually read… but ended up having to include a TBR book for the letter N!
Here are my JUNE books:
Happy June! Here’s to blue skies, warm beaches, and gorgeous sunshine-filled days!
If you spelled the month in books, please leave me a link to your post — I’d love to see it!

What a fun concept for a post! Love it!
Thanks!
I love that summer in the title twist! Just For The Summer was SO good.
I love Carley Fortune’s books!
Oops, I was thinking of the wrong book! But I really enjoyed Just for the Summer too! 🙂
Love this! All those covers make me feel happy!
Me too! I’m craving a summer vacation!
Great job with your theme!
Thanks! These are always fun posts to play with 🙂
Love these covers. They all look like fun beach reads. 😀
I can confirm that the 3 I’ve read are perfect for the beach! 🙂
Great choice of theme and book options. The first book in particular looks like the perfect summer read with so many warm and vibrant colours. I can’t quite believe I havent read anything by that author yet 🙈 sadly we have rain and gray skies here atm. Hopefully it’ll improve soon though 🤞 (although not to the heatwave levels of last week 🥵)
I hope your weather improves soon! We have clear blue skies today but lots of wind — and that’s not going to keep me from getting in a long walk, since weekends are really my only chance to get outside. 🙂 I do love thinking about summer reading… and daydreaming about taking a vacation!
Thank you, here’s hoping 🤞I hope you have a lovely walk and that the wind calms down for you soon. I hope you get to have the relaxing vacation you’re dreaming of soon.
Oh, this reminds me – I need to do a similar post. Perhaps I can use your summer theme, it seems very appropriate.
Lynn 😀
Enjoy! I’d love to see what you come up with!
